Villa Ka Kuxta (meaning House of Rebirth in Mayan) built in 1997, is a spacious 5,000 sq. ft. luxury villa located on one of the most beautiful resort beaches in the entire Mayan Riviera.

Breathtaking white sands beach and the turquoise Caribbean Sea, lying only feet away from the house, is home to the second largest reef in the world, making your snorkeling or scuba adventures unforgettable. The beach is completely residential, serene and private.

A mere mile away is the small town of Akumal, which has shops and good dining, while 25 minutes away is the bustling, thriving and exciting city of Playa del Carmen.

Unlike many houses in the area our home is fully air-conditioned. The custom-made furniture, beautiful artwork and 2 spacious living areas will make you feel at home. The house also has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 dining areas. The design allows guests to have as much privacy as they like and is spacious enough to allow everyone to come together comfortably.

You will walk through our garden and delight in the variety of tropical trees and flowers. Our pool offers hours of entertainment and refreshment for children and adults, or sunbathing on the beach chairs.

Ka Kuxta‘s ground floor patio and second floor large wrought-iron balcony face the sea. The roof top terrace, best in the area, was designed with seating areas and wet bar, and is perfect for entertaining, watching the sunset and gazing at the thousands of tropical stars in the night sky.
